If for any reason, you decide to cancel the activity or excursion, the cancellation conditions specified in the product description or in the voucher will be valid.
In the event that the cancellation conditions in the product description do not differ, the provider of tourist services will charge you the following cancellation fees:
- a. Up to 72 hours before the start of the activity: full refund (again we indicate that in certain specific cases the term may differ from this general policy)
- b. After 72 hours before the start of the activity: no refund.

No, the pass is non-refundable. However, you can change the date free of charge if the modification is made at least 72 hours before departure.
How long is the pass valid?
The pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Date changes are allowed if requested at least 72 hours before departure, but the pass remains non-refundable.
Does this tour have any age restrictions?
No, there are no age restrictions.
How does the booking process work?
After booking and finalizing payment, you will receive a confirmation for your purchase. Then, once you confirm the dates for your trip, we will organize the order of your activities with you and send a voucher that you can use to enjoy the excursions.
Pass is valid for 12 months after purchase, it´s not refundable, but changes are permitted at no extra charge, when made 48 hours prior to excursion or activity date.
